Return & Refund Policy
We accept return and exchange requests within 1 months (30 days) from the date you receive your order. Requests made after 90 days will not be honored. Please contact us first by email at lafwell@leveleve.us
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days (1 months) after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, undamaged, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items
- Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse are non-refundable.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Please email us at lafwell@leveleve.us with photos and/or videos of the items and include your order number. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed return instructions. We recommend using a tracked and signature-required shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item within 3–5 business days, we will send a replacement or process your refund.
Return Shipping & Fees
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (changed mind, wrong size/order by mistake, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
If you have not received your refund within this time, please check your bank account or contact your bank/credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@leveleve.us
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If you need to cancel or modify your paid order, you must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
Once the order has been packed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Warranty Policy (Newly Added)
All products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal use.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, assembly, accident, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at lafwell@leveleve.us with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement, replacement parts, or refund at our discretion, free of charge.
